Additional Pet Fees, Terms & Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions are the basis on which Adelaide Dress Circle Apartments bookings are accepted. The person affecting the booking shall be deemed to have accepted the booking conditions on behalf of all persons named in the booking.

The specific apartment reserved for you has been allocated in good faith. However, there may be a need to transfer your reservation to a different apartment of equal or better standard due to unforeseen circumstances. The agreed rate will not be affected. We will endeavour to contact you prior to your arrival to inform you of any change.

Fees and Bonds

1-2 nights $50 cleaning fee
3-7 nights $100 cleaning fee
8-20 nights $200 cleaning fee
21-28 nights $300 cleaning fee
28 nights $350 then $50/week thereafter

1-3 nights $100 refundable bond
4-7 nights $200 refundable bond
8 nights plus $300 refundable bond

Terms & Conditions

Dogs

Dogs must be domesticated, quiet, toilet trained and must not exceed 34kg in weight. Certain breeds are not accepted i.e. Rottweiler, Pitbull Terrier, Bulldog, Doberman Pinscher. Dogs must be kept on a lead in public areas at all times. Limit of one dog per room and must not be unattended at any time.

Any damages incurred during your pets stay will be charged accordingly.

Cats 

Cats must not scratch furniture or cause any damage to furniture, carpets, window furnishings, bedding or any accessories in the apartment.

Cats must use litter trays at all times and these must be regularly cleaned and disinfected.  The contents are to be disposed of in the rubbish chute ASAP after use.

Any damages incurred during your pets stay will be charged accordingly.
